Which areas do you cover?

We work from two branches. The northern branch, in Haifa (04-8833992), covers Haifa, the Krayot, Nesher, Yokneam Illit, Caesarea and Hadera. The central branch, in Tel Aviv, covers Gush Dan (greater Tel Aviv) and the Sharon.

Do you clean private homes?

No. Otzma Cleaning and Maintenance Ltd. works with the business, institutional and industrial sectors only - offices, factories, distribution centres, public institutions and laboratories.

Are you fully licensed?

Yes. We hold a service contractor licence issued by Israel's Ministry of Labour (number 3702), and third party and employers' liability insurance policies with high limits of indemnity. We also supply periodic confirmation from an accountant that our employees are paid everything they are entitled to.

Can you work in the evening and overnight?

Certainly. It is one of the services we are asked for most. Teams arrive once your working day is over, work with a key and an alarm code, and the area manager is personally responsible for locking up and arming the systems at the end of the shift.

Who supervises the work on site?

Every site is assigned a permanent area manager and field supervisor. They are responsible for staff attendance, for supplying cleaning materials, for ongoing quality inspections, and for responding immediately to any urgent request from your operations or procurement manager.
